He has published Building Cosmopolis: The Political Thought of H.G. Wells (Aldershot: Ashgate, 2003). Also edited The Wellsian: Selected Essays on H.G. Wells (Oss: Equilibris, 2003). He is also in the process of co-editing (with Prof. Patrick Parrinder) The Reception of H.G. Wells in Europe (London and New York: Continuum, 2005). He has edited The Wellsian, the annual journal of the H.G. Wells Society since 1999. He is a comittee member of the H.G. Wells Society, as well as being a member of the Society for Utopian Studies and the Manchester Civic Society. Since 2000 he has done occasional teaching at the University of Reading, in the School of History and the School of English and American Literature. He currently lives in Reading. No its not me!
